Getting Started (Setup)
1. Setting Time and Date
- Pull the Crown: Gently pull the crown (the small knob on the side of the watch) out to the first position to set the date, or to the second position to set the time.
- Set the Date: If in the first position, rotate the crown clockwise or counter-clockwise until the correct date is displayed in the date window.
- Set the Time: If in the second position, rotate the crown to move the hour and minute hands to the desired time. Ensure to account for AM/PM if setting the date simultaneously (the date typically changes around midnight).
- Push the Crown Back: Once the time and date are set, push the crown back into its original position to start the watch movement.
2. Adjusting the Strap
The watch features a leather strap with a tang buckle. To adjust, simply thread the strap through the buckle and secure it using the appropriate hole for a comfortable fit on your wrist.
Operation
1. Reading Time
The L LAVAREDO L6628R watch displays time using three hands: an hour hand, a minute hand, and a second hand. The dial features clear hour markers for easy readability.
2. Date Function
A small window on the dial displays the current date. This date automatically advances once every 24 hours. If the date does not change correctly, refer to the 'Setting Time and Date' section to manually adjust it.

Care and Maintenance
1. Water Resistance (3ATM)
This watch is rated 3ATM (30 meters) water resistant. This means it is suitable for daily use, such as accidental splashes, rain, and hand washing. It is not suitable for showering, bathing, swimming, diving, or any water sports. Avoid pressing the crown or operating the watch underwater.

2. Battery Life
The watch uses an imported quartz movement, providing accurate timekeeping and a battery life of up to 2 years. When the watch stops or the second hand begins to jump erratically, it indicates that the battery needs replacement. Battery replacement should be performed by a qualified watch technician.
3. Cleaning
To clean the watch case and crystal, wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. For the leather strap, avoid excessive moisture and harsh chemicals. If the strap becomes wet, allow it to air dry naturally away from direct heat.
4. Strap Care
The leather strap is designed for comfort and durability. To prolong its life, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and abrasive surfaces. Regular cleaning and conditioning (with a leather-safe product) can help maintain its appearance.
Troubleshooting
- Watch not running:
- Check if the crown is fully pushed in.
- The battery may need replacement (refer to 'Battery Life' section).
- Date not changing:
- Ensure the time is set correctly, especially AM/PM. The date changes around midnight.
- Manually adjust the date using the crown (refer to 'Setting Time and Date').
- Condensation under the crystal:
- This may indicate a breach in water resistance. Avoid further water exposure and seek professional inspection immediately to prevent damage to the movement.
