5. Setup
5.1 Initial Charging
- Locate the Micro-USB charging port on the side of the night light.
- Connect the provided USB charging cable to the night light and a standard USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port.

5.2 Placement and Mounting

- Wall-Mounted: The detachable base includes adhesive tape for easy wall mounting.
- Ensure the desired surface is clean, dry, and smooth.
- Peel off the protective film from the adhesive tape on the back of the detachable base.
- Press the base firmly onto the wall for 30 seconds.
- Attach the night light to the mounted base.

6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Mode Selection
The night light features a slide switch with three operating modes:
- OFF: The light is completely off.
- ON: The light remains constantly on, regardless of motion or ambient light.
- AUTO: The motion sensor is activated. The light will turn on when motion is detected in a dark environment and automatically turn off after approximately 60 seconds of no motion.
6.2 Brightness Adjustment
To adjust the brightness:
- In either ON or AUTO mode, press the dimming key (circular button below the sensor) to cycle through the 5 available brightness levels.
- The light will remember your last brightness setting for convenience.

7. Maintenance
7.1 Cleaning
