4. Setup
- Unfold the Game Board: Place the game board on a flat surface.
- Separate Components: Separate the Title Deed cards, "Open the Box" cards, "Feeling Lucky?" cards, Arenas, and Stadiums.
- Place Cards: Shuffle the "Open the Box" cards and place them face down on their designated space on the board. Do the same for the "Feeling Lucky?" cards.

- Two 500s
- Four 100s
- One 50
- One 20
- Two 10s
- One 5
- Five 1s
- Choose Tokens: Each player selects one of the 6 collectible tokens and places it on the "GO" space.
5. Operating (How to Play)
Objective
The objective of Monopoly Iron Maiden is to be the last player remaining with money and properties, driving all other players into bankruptcy.
Turn Sequence
- Roll the Dice: The player rolls both dice and moves their token clockwise around the board the number of spaces indicated.
- Action Based on Space: The action taken depends on the space landed on:
- Unowned Tour (Property): The player may buy the Tour from the Bank for the price printed on the space. If they choose not to buy it, the Banker immediately auctions it to the highest bidder.
- Owned Tour: If the Tour is owned by another player, the current player must pay rent to the owner according to the Title Deed card. Rent increases if the owner has Arenas or Stadiums on the Tour.
- "Open the Box" or "Feeling Lucky?": Draw the top card from the respective pile and follow its instructions. Return the card to the bottom of the pile unless it's a "Get Out of Jail Free" card.
- GO: Passing or landing on "GO" earns the player 200 Eddie Bucks from the Bank.
- Go to Jail: Move your token directly to the "Jail" space. Do not collect 200 Eddie Bucks for passing GO.
- Free Parking: No action is taken.
- Income Tax / Super Tax: Pay the specified amount to the Bank.
- Doubles: If a player rolls doubles, they take their turn as usual and then roll again. Rolling doubles three times in a row sends the player directly to Jail.
- Building Arenas and Stadiums: Once a player owns all Tours in a color group, they can build Arenas and then Stadiums. Arenas must be built evenly across the color group. A Stadium can only be built after four Arenas are on each Tour in the group.
- Mortgaging Tours: Players can mortgage their Tours to the Bank for money. Mortgaged Tours do not collect rent. To unmortgage, pay the mortgage value plus 10% interest.
- Bankruptcy: If a player owes more money than they can pay, they are bankrupt and out of the game. All their assets are turned over to the player they owe or to the Bank.
