2. Product Overview

2.3 Control Panel
The control panel is located on the top of the speaker. It includes:
- Power Button: To turn the speaker on or off.

3. Setup
3.1 Charging the Speaker
- Connect the charging cable to the speaker's charging port.
- Connect the other end of the cable to a suitable USB power adapter (not included).
- The charging indicator light will illuminate.
- A full charge takes approximately 2.5 hours. The indicator light will change or turn off once charging is complete.
Ensure the speaker is fully charged before first use for optimal battery life.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Power On/Off
- To power on, press and hold the Power button until the indicator light turns on and you hear a startup sound.
- To power off, press and hold the Power button again until the indicator light turns off.
4.2 Bluetooth Mode
- Power on the speaker. It will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode, indicated by a flashing light and an audible prompt.
- On your mobile device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
- Select "Hoco BS46" from the list of devices.
- Once paired, the speaker will emit a confirmation sound, and the indicator light will stop flashing.
- You can now play audio from your device through the speaker. The effective Bluetooth range is approximately 10 meters.
4.3 FM Radio Mode
- Press the Mode button repeatedly until you enter FM Radio mode.
- To automatically scan and save available FM stations, press and hold the Play/Pause button. The speaker will scan and store stations.
- Use the Previous/Next Track buttons to navigate between saved stations.
4.4 USB/TF Card Playback
- Insert a USB flash drive or TF (MicroSD) card into the respective port.
- The speaker will automatically switch to USB or TF card mode and begin playing audio files. If it does not switch automatically, press the Mode button to select the correct mode.
- Use the Play/Pause and Previous/Next Track buttons to control playback.
4.5 AUX Input
- Connect one end of a 3.5mm audio cable (not included) to the AUX input port on the speaker.
- Connect the other end to the audio output of your external device (e.g., MP3 player, laptop).
- Press the Mode button to switch to AUX mode.
- Control playback and volume from your external device.
4.6 Wired Microphone Usage
- Plug the wired microphone into the Microphone Input port on the speaker.
- Adjust the Microphone Volume knob to control the microphone's output level.
- Use the Echo knob to add or reduce the echo effect for vocal enhancement.

4.7 TWS (True Wireless Stereo) Function
The TWS function allows you to pair two Hoco BS46 speakers together for a true stereo sound experience.
- Ensure both Hoco BS46 speakers are powered on and in Bluetooth mode, but not connected to any other device.
- On one of the speakers, press and hold the TWS button (if available, or a specific button designated for TWS pairing, refer to speaker markings). The speaker will indicate it is searching for another TWS device.
- The two speakers will automatically pair with each other. A confirmation sound will indicate successful TWS connection.
- Now, connect your mobile device to one of the paired speakers via Bluetooth (as described in section 4.2).
- Audio will now play in stereo through both speakers.
4.8 RGB Lighting
The speaker features dynamic RGB lighting that enhances the listening experience. The lighting effects may change with the rhythm of the music.

5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning
- Always power off the speaker before cleaning.
- Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior of the speaker.
