In such cases, the gazebo should not be used and must be disassembled or secured indoors to prevent damage or injury. Failure to follow this warning may result in damage to the product or personal injury.
- Ensure all components are securely fastened during assembly and use.
- Do not use the gazebo near open flames or heat sources.
- Always anchor the gazebo securely using the provided guy ropes and pegs. Consider additional weights in windy conditions.

4. Setup and Assembly
The tectake Gazebo features a practical plug-in system for quick and tool-free assembly. It is recommended that two people assemble the gazebo.
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and lay them out on a clean, flat surface. Verify all package contents are present.
- Assemble Frame: Connect the powder-coated steel frame poles according to the assembly diagram (refer to Figure 1 for general structure). The poles are designed to fit together easily. Ensure all connections are fully inserted and secure.
- Attach Roof Tarpaulin: Drape the roof tarpaulin over the assembled frame. Ensure the tarpaulin is correctly oriented and evenly distributed. Secure the tarpaulin to the frame using any integrated fasteners (e.g., Velcro straps, ties).
- Install Side Panels (Optional): The three side panels can be attached using the integrated Velcro fasteners. Align the panels with the frame legs and press the Velcro strips firmly to secure them. The large windows should face outwards.
- Anchor the Gazebo: Once the frame and roof are assembled, position the gazebo in your desired location. Use the provided guy ropes and pegs to securely anchor each leg and corner to the ground. For enhanced stability, especially in light winds, consider using additional weights on the gazebo legs.

5. Operating Instructions
- Side Panel Usage: The three side panels can be easily attached or removed using the Velcro fasteners to adapt to changing weather conditions or privacy needs.
- Weather Protection: The roof tarpaulin is waterproof and offers UV protection (30+). However, it is not designed for heavy rain, strong winds, or storms. Refer to the Safety Information section.
- Disassembly: To disassemble, reverse the assembly steps. Ensure all components are clean and dry before storing.
6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: The tarpaulin and frame are easy to clean. Use a damp cloth and mild soap to wipe down surfaces. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Storage: When not in use, especially during off-season or anticipated severe weather, disassemble the gazebo and store all components in a dry, protected area to prolong its lifespan.
- Inspection: Periodically check all frame connections, fabric, guy ropes, and pegs for wear, damage, or corrosion. Replace any damaged parts immediately.
7. Troubleshooting
- Gazebo Instability: Ensure all frame poles are fully connected and the gazebo is properly anchored with all guy ropes and pegs. Consider adding sandbags or weights to the legs for extra stability in windy conditions.
- Water Pooling on Roof: Ensure the roof tarpaulin is taut and correctly positioned to allow water runoff. Adjust frame connections if necessary to maintain proper tension.
- Difficulty with Side Panels: Check that Velcro fasteners are clean and properly aligned. Ensure the panels are not snagged or twisted.
- Damage from Weather: As stated in the safety information, the gazebo is not designed for severe weather. If damage occurs due to strong winds, heavy rain, or storms, assess the extent of the damage. Replacement parts may be available from the manufacturer or retailer.
