1. Product Overview

The AFX Montclair 30'' LED Semi-Flush Mount is a lighting fixture designed for ceiling installation. 4. Setup and Installation

This fixture is designed for flush mount installation and requires assembly. Professional installation is recommended.

4.1 Pre-Installation

4.2 Mounting the Fixture

1. Attach the mounting bracket to the junction box using the provided screws.
2. Make electrical connections: connect the fixture's black wire to the supply's black wire, white to white, and ground to ground. Secure with wire nuts.
3. Carefully tuck all wires into the junction box.
4. Align the fixture base with the mounting bracket and secure it with the decorative nuts or screws.

4.3 Attaching the Shade and Diffuser

1. Place the grey fabric shade onto the fixture according to the specific instructions provided in the packaging.
2. Install the white acrylic diffuser into the bottom of the shade, ensuring it is securely seated.

This LED fixture is designed for dimmable operation and offers adjustable color temperature.

5.1 Dimming Functionality

The fixture supports two dimming protocols:

• 0-10V Dimming: Compatible with 0-10V dimmers (120-277V systems). Connect the purple and gray dimming wires to the corresponding dimmer wires.
• TRIAC/ELV Dimming: Compatible with standard TRIAC or ELV (Electronic Low Voltage) dimmers (120V systems). Ensure your dimmer is rated for LED loads.

Consult your dimmer's instructions for proper wiring and operation.

5.2 5-in-1 CCT (Correlated Color Temperature) Adjustment

The integrated LED offers 5 selectable Correlated Color Temperatures. Refer to the specific instructions included with your fixture for details on how to select the desired CCT setting. This typically involves a switch located on the fixture body or driver before final installation.

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your fixture.

• Cleaning: Turn off power before cleaning. Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these may damage the finish or shade material. The LumaFuse shade is designed for easy cleaning.
• LED Light Source: The LED light source is integrated and non-removable. It is designed for long-term operation and does not require bulb replacement.
