4. Operating Instructions
The FTVOGUE Air Cooling Gun operates by converting compressed air into a cold air stream using a vortex tube. Follow these guidelines for operation:
- Activate Air Supply: Once the unit is properly installed and connected, open the compressed air supply valve to begin operation.
- Adjust Temperature: The factory temperature setting is -25 ℃ for an air pressure of 0.69 MPa. To adjust the specific operating temperature, unscrew the muffler at the hot end of the gun. Rotate the integrated adjustment valve: clockwise to increase temperature, counter-clockwise to decrease temperature.
- Direct Cold Air: Position the flexible tube to direct the cold air stream precisely onto the area requiring cooling.
- Optimal Air Pressure: For best performance, maintain a compressed air supply between 0.6 MPa and 0.7 MPa. Ensure sufficient air volume and that the air is filtered and dried.

5. Maintenance
