Verify that all components are present upon unpacking:

  • Evaporative Cooler (1 unit)
  • Ice Packs (3 units)
  • Hose Adapter (1 unit)
  • Universal Wheels (4 units)
  • User Manual (1 unit)

4. Setup

4.1 Attaching Universal Wheels

  1. Carefully tilt the cooler to access its base.
  2. Insert the stem of each universal wheel into the designated holes on the bottom of the unit.
  3. Ensure the wheels are securely locked into place. Two of the wheels are lockable for stability.

4.2 Water Filling

The cooler can be filled manually or connected to a continuous water supply.

Manual Top-Fill:

  1. Open the wide top opening of the cooler.
  2. Pour clean water into the tank, observing the Low-Max water lines to avoid overfilling. The tank capacity is 10.6 gallons.

4.3 Using Ice Packs

For enhanced cooling, place the provided ice packs (or regular ice) into the water tank. This can boost the cooling effect, especially in very hot conditions.

5. Operation

5.1 Powering On/Off

Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet. Use the main power switch on the control panel to turn the unit on or off.

5.2 Fan Speed Control

The unit features three fan speeds: Low, Medium, and High. Select your desired speed using the control buttons on the top panel.

5.3 Oscillation Function

Activate the oscillation function via the control panel to distribute cool air across a wider area (up to 120°). This helps to cool zones up to 970 sq. ft. more effectively.

5.4 Low Water Indicator

The cooler is equipped with a low water indicator. When the water level in the tank is low, the indicator will alert you, and the pump may automatically shut off to prevent damage. Refill the water tank promptly.

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your evaporative air cooler.

6.1 Draining the Water Tank

To prevent stagnant water and maintain hygiene, drain the water tank regularly, especially before storage. Use the bottom drain port for tool-free draining.

6.2 Cleaning Cooling Pads

The cooler features three high-density evaporative cooling pads. Periodically inspect and clean these pads to remove mineral buildup and ensure efficient evaporation. Refer to the detailed cleaning instructions in the full user manual for proper removal and cleaning procedures.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

  • No Power: Check if the power cord is securely plugged in and if the outlet is functional. Ensure the main power switch is ON.
  • No Cooling Effect: Verify that the water tank has sufficient water. Ensure cooling pads are clean and saturated. Add ice packs for enhanced cooling.
  • Weak Airflow: Check for any obstructions in the air inlets or outlets. Clean the cooling pads if they are clogged.
  • Water Leakage: Ensure the unit is on a level surface. Check for proper connection of the garden hose if using auto-fill. Inspect the drain plug for a secure fit.
  • Unusual Noise: Turn off the unit and check for any foreign objects in the fan or water pump area.
