5. Installation Guide

Before installation, please test the interior car light to ensure it functions correctly. Ensure the fiber optic is suitable for your car's desired installation path.

1. Confirm the Size: Measure the desired length for the fiber optic installation in your car's interior.
2. Pass Fiber Through Tube: Insert the fiber optic cable through the transparent tube provided. This tube protects the fiber and helps in installation.
3. Use Pry Tool: Carefully use the included pry tool to create a small gap along the trim or dashboard where you intend to install the light strip.
4. Insert Fiber: Gently push the transparent tube with the fiber optic into the created gap. Ensure it is securely seated.
5. Connect Fiber to Light Source: Connect the ends of the fiber optic cable to the 5050RGB LED light sources on the main control unit. Tighten the screws to secure the connection.
6. Connect USB Cable: Plug the USB cable into the main control unit and then into a 5V USB power port in your vehicle.

Tip: If the installed fiber optic length exceeds 100 inches and the brightness at the fiber optic end appears dim, it is recommended to add an additional RGB LED light at that end to ensure uniform brightness.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1. App Control (Lotus Lantern)

The primary method for controlling your QVEVDACAR LED lights is through the 'Lotus Lantern' mobile application.

• Download the App: Scan the QR code provided in the package contents image or visit http://www.easytrack.net.cn/download/156GUANBODIANZI to download the 'Lotus Lantern' app.
• Connect via Bluetooth: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone. Open the app, and it should automatically detect and connect to your QVEVDACAR LED light unit.
• Functions: Within the app, you can:
• Adjust colors from a 16-million color palette.
• Select from 29 built-in preset lighting modes.
• Create and save custom lighting effects in DIY mode.
• Turn the lights On/Off.
• Adjust brightness (dim or brighten).
• Set the speed of dynamic lighting modes.
• Activate Music Mode (see section 6.3).

6.2. RF Remote Control
