Setup

1. Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge your Ember Tumbler. Place the tumbler onto the included charging coaster. The LED light on the tumbler will indicate charging status. A full charge typically takes approximately 2-3 hours.

2. Download the Ember App

For full control and customization, download the Ember app from your smartphone's app store (available for iOS and Android). The app allows you to set precise temperatures, customize presets, and receive notifications.

3. Pair Your Tumbler

Open the Ember app and follow the on-screen instructions to pair your Tumbler. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device. The app will guide you through the pairing process, which usually involves pressing the Ember logo on the bottom of the tumbler.

Operating Instructions

1. Filling Your Tumbler

Pour your hot beverage into the Ember Tumbler. The tumbler's sensors will detect the liquid and begin heating or maintaining the temperature according to your settings.

2. Temperature Control

Use the Ember app to set your desired drinking temperature between 120°F (49°C) and 145°F (63°C). The tumbler will automatically adjust to reach and maintain this temperature.

3. Using the Lids

Your Ember Tumbler comes with two lid options to suit your lifestyle:

• Handle Lid: This lid features a convenient handle for easy carrying and is designed for secure transport. It screws onto the tumbler for a tight seal.
• Sliding Lid: Ideal for quick access to your drink, this lid slides open and closed. It provides a secure fit but is not fully leak-proof if the tumbler is inverted.
