Setup

Battery Installation

The remote control requires AAA batteries (not included). Follow these steps to install them:

  1. Locate the battery compartment cover on the back of the remote control.
  2. Slide the cover downwards or in the direction indicated by an arrow to open it.
  3. Insert two new AAA batteries, ensuring the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals align correctly with the markings inside the compartment.
  4. Slide the battery compartment cover back into place until it clicks securely.

Operating Instructions

To operate your air conditioner, point the remote control directly towards the signal receiving window of the air conditioner unit. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote control and the air conditioner.

Button Functions

  • ON/OFF: Press to turn the air conditioner on or off.
  • MODE: Cycles through operating modes: AUTO, HEAT, COOL, DRY, FAN.
  • TEMP ▼ / ▲: Adjusts the temperature setting downwards or upwards.
  • FAN: Adjusts the fan speed (e.g., Low, Medium, High, Auto).
  • SWING: Activates or deactivates the automatic swing function of the air conditioner's louvers.
  • TURBO: Activates rapid cooling or heating for a short period.
  • QUIET: Sets the air conditioner to operate at a lower noise level.
  • TIMER (A/B): Used to set programmed on/off times for the air conditioner.
  • SELECT: Used in conjunction with TIMER for selecting timer settings.
  • SET/CANCEL: Used to confirm or cancel timer settings.
  • RESET (AC.RESET / RC.RESET): Press the reset key if the remote control displays an exception or behaves erratically.

Maintenance

Cleaning

Wipe the remote control with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or chemical sprays, as these may damage the surface or internal components.

Battery Replacement

Replace batteries when the remote control's range decreases or if the display becomes dim. Always replace both batteries at the same time with new ones of the same type (AAA). Do not mix old and new batteries or different types of batteries.
