Setup
1. Inserting Print Paper
The camera uses inkless thermal printing paper. Ensure the paper is inserted correctly for proper printing. The printed side of the paper should be slippery and shiny.
- Gently push up the part of the camera with the lens to open the paper slot.
- Insert a roll of thermal paper into the slot, ensuring the paper feeds from the bottom and the shiny side faces upwards. Incorrect installation will result in blank prints.
- Close the two parts of the camera securely until you hear a click.

2. Storage
When not in use, store the camera in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Remove the SD card if storing for extended periods.
Troubleshooting
- Camera not turning on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the camera to a power source using the USB cable.
- Photos not printing: Check if the thermal paper is inserted correctly (shiny side up). Ensure there is enough paper in the slot. The camera uses inkless thermal printing, so no ink cartridges are needed.
- Poor print quality: Ensure the thermal paper is fresh and not exposed to heat or light for prolonged periods.
- Camera frozen/unresponsive: Use a thin object (like a paperclip) to press the reset button (usually a small pinhole) to restart the device.
- SD card error: Ensure the SD card is inserted correctly. Try reformatting the card (this will erase all data) or use a different SD card.
