Setup

1. Control Box Installation

The control box is the central unit for the switch panel. It can be mounted in various locations depending on your vehicle's layout.

  1. Select a suitable, secure location for the control box, preferably near the vehicle's battery.
  2. Use the provided mounting brackets and screws to firmly attach the control box. Ensure adequate ventilation and clearance from moving parts or heat sources.

2. Wiring the Control Box

The control box offers two primary wiring methods: ACC (Accessory) or direct Battery connection.

  1. Power Connection: Connect the main positive cable (red) from the 100A circuit breaker to the positive terminal of your vehicle's battery. Connect the other end of the circuit breaker to the main power input on the control box.
  2. Ground Connection: Connect the main negative cable (black) from the control box to the negative terminal of your vehicle's battery or a suitable chassis ground point.
  3. ACC or Battery Power Selection: The control box features a push switch to select between ACC or direct Battery power. This allows you to choose if the switch panel powers on with the ignition or remains constantly powered.

3. Switch Panel Mounting

The switch panel can be mounted vertically or horizontally in your vehicle's interior.

  1. Choose a convenient location for the switch panel, such as the dashboard, center console, or overhead.
  2. Attach the switch panel to your chosen surface using the appropriate mounting brackets and hardware.

1. Basic Button Functions

2. Customizing Switch Functions (Momentary/Strobe)

Each switch can be configured for constant ON/OFF, momentary, or strobe functions.

  1. To enter setting mode for a specific switch, long press the corresponding switch button until its backlight flashes red.
  2. While in setting mode, short press the switch button to cycle through momentary (red flash) and strobe (blue flash) settings.
  3. Long press the switch button again to exit setting mode and save your selection.
