4. Setup and Preparation

4.1 Battery Installation

4.2 Loading a Caulk Cartridge

  1. Pull the plunger rod fully back by pressing the release button (if applicable) or manually retracting it.
  2. Prepare the caulk cartridge:
    • Cut the tip of the caulk nozzle at a 45-degree angle to the desired bead size.
    • Puncture the inner seal of the cartridge using a long nail or the integrated puncture tool (if available).
  3. Insert the prepared caulk cartridge into the holder, nozzle first.
  4. Push the plunger rod forward until it makes contact with the back of the cartridge.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Powering On and Speed Control

The caulking gun is activated by pressing the main trigger. The constant flow technology ensures a steady bead. Some models may feature adjustable speed settings for different applications.

5.2 Applying Caulk

  1. Position the nozzle at the starting point of your application area.
  2. Press the trigger to begin dispensing caulk. Move the gun steadily along the seam or gap.
  3. Release the trigger to stop the flow. The non-drip mechanism will retract the plunger slightly to prevent excess caulk from oozing out.
  4. For continuous application, utilize the trigger lock feature by engaging the lock button while the trigger is pressed.

5.3 Using the LED Light
