Setup and Charging
Initial Setup
The ESR Stylus Pen does not require Bluetooth pairing. Simply attach it magnetically to your compatible iPad (if supported) or connect it via USB-C to begin use.
Charging
The stylus supports two charging methods:
- Magnetic Wireless Charging: For iPads with a magnetic connector (e.g., iPad Pro 12.9/11, iPad Air 5/4, iPad Mini 6), the stylus can be charged by attaching it to the side of the iPad. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours.
- USB-C Charging: For iPads without magnetic charging, use the included USB-C cable to charge the stylus. A 30-minute charge provides significant power.

Operating Instructions
Smooth and Precise Performance
The ESR Stylus Pen provides a smooth and precise writing and drawing experience with zero lag, mimicking the natural feel of a pen on paper.

Tilt Sensitivity
The stylus supports tilt sensitivity, allowing you to create thicker lines and realistic shading by simply tilting the pen's angle. This feature is ideal for artistic applications and note-taking.
Palm Rejection
With full palm rejection support, you can comfortably rest your hand on the iPad screen while writing or drawing without unintended marks or interference.

The stylus features a convenient shortcut button at the top:

- Double Press: Opens the Multitasking View.

Maintenance
Nib Replacement
The ESR Stylus Pen comes with three replacement nibs. To replace a nib, gently twist the old nib counter-clockwise to remove it, then screw in a new nib clockwise until secure.

Battery Care
If the stylus has been stored for an extended period and its battery power is very low, your iPad may not be able to charge it directly. In such cases, use the included USB-C charging cable to provide an initial charge to reactivate the stylus battery.
Troubleshooting
- Stylus not charging on iPad: If the stylus has been unused for a long time, its battery might be too low for the iPad to initiate charging. Connect the stylus directly to a power source using the USB-C cable for about 30 minutes, then try magnetic charging again.
- Lag or unresponsiveness: Ensure your iPad's operating system is up to date. If issues persist, try restarting your iPad.
- Palm rejection issues: Verify that your iPad model supports palm rejection with third-party styluses. Some older iPad models or specific apps might not fully support this feature.
- Tilt mode stuck: If the stylus remains in tilt mode after un-tilting, try briefly lifting the stylus from the screen and re-engaging. If the issue persists, a quick restart of the iPad may resolve it.
