4. Setup

4.1 Powering On

1. Connect the provided power adapter to the DC 5V port on the back of the device.
2. Plug the adapter into a standard wall outlet.
3. The clock display will illuminate, indicating the device is powered on.

4.2 Setting the Time

1. Press and hold the 'Time Set' button (usually indicated by a clock icon) until the hour digits begin to flash.
2. Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the hour.
3. Press the 'Time Set' button again to switch to minute adjustment. Use '+' and '-' buttons to set the minutes.
4. Press the 'Time Set' button once more to confirm and exit time setting mode.
5. To switch between 12-hour and 24-hour format, press the '12/24H' button (if available, or cycle through time set options).

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Sound Selection and Volume Control

1. Press the 'Sound' button (music note icon) to turn on the sound machine.
2. Press the 'Sound' button repeatedly to cycle through the 18 available sounds.
3. Use the 'Volume +' and 'Volume -' buttons to adjust the sound level (30 levels available).
4. To turn off the sound, press and hold the 'Sound' button.

5.2 Sleep Timer

1. While a sound is playing, press the 'Timer' button (hourglass icon) to activate the sleep timer.
2. Press repeatedly to select a duration: 15, 30, 60, 90, or 120 minutes. The display will show the selected time.
3. To disable the sleep timer and allow continuous play, cycle through the options until no timer duration is displayed.

5.3 Alarm Settings

1. Press and hold the 'Alarm' button (bell icon) until the hour digits flash.
2. Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the alarm hour.
3. Press the 'Alarm' button again to switch to minute adjustment. Use '+' and '-' buttons to set the alarm minutes.
4. Press the 'Alarm' button once more to confirm the alarm time.
5. To select an alarm sound, use the 'Sound' button while the alarm time is flashing.
6. To turn the alarm ON/OFF, briefly press the 'Alarm' button. An alarm icon will appear/disappear on the display.
7. When the alarm sounds, press the 'Snooze' button to temporarily silence it for 9 minutes.
8. To turn off the alarm completely, press any other button or let it ring for 30 minutes.

5.4 Clock Display Brightness

1. Locate the brightness control dial on the back of the device.
2. Rotate the dial to adjust the clock face brightness from 0% (completely dark) to 100% (brightest).

5.5 Bottom Colored Light

1. Press the 'Light' button (light bulb icon) to turn on the bottom colored light.
2. Press repeatedly to cycle through the 7 available colors.
3. To turn off the light, press the 'Light' button until it switches off.
