2. General Care
Keep the TV in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and excessive dust. Do not block ventilation openings. Unplug the TV from the power outlet during lightning storms or when it will be left unattended for long periods.
Troubleshooting
- No Power: Ensure the power cable is securely connected to both the TV and the wall outlet. Check if the outlet is functioning by plugging in another device. Try pressing the power button on the TV itself.
- No Picture/Sound: Verify that the correct input source is selected. Check all cable connections (HDMI, antenna). If using an external device, ensure it is powered on and functioning correctly.
- Remote Control Not Working: Check and replace the batteries. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the TV's IR sensor.
- Network Connection Issues: For Wi-Fi, ensure your router is on and within range. For wired connections, check the Ethernet cable. Try restarting your router and the TV.
- Poor Picture Quality: Adjust picture settings (brightness, contrast, sharpness). Ensure the input source is providing a high-quality signal. For antenna, try rescanning channels.
