Setup

1. Charging the Battery

2. Installing the Battery

3. Attaching/Removing the Blade Protector

The blade protector covers the cutting blades when the tool is not in use. To remove, slide it off the blades. To attach, carefully slide it over the blades until it covers the entire cutting edge. Always use the blade protector during storage and transport.

Operating Instructions

1. Starting and Stopping the Trimmer

To start the hedge trimmer, ensure the battery is installed. Press and hold the safety switch (usually located on the front handle) and then squeeze the trigger switch on the rear handle. Release both switches to stop the trimmer.

2. Using the Rotating Handle

To rotate, locate the handle release button or lever, activate it, rotate the handle to the desired position, and ensure it locks securely.

3. Trimming Techniques

For optimal results, use a sweeping motion, moving the trimmer along the hedge. Cut smaller branches and foliage first. Avoid forcing the blades through thick material. For vertical cuts, hold the trimmer with the blades parallel to the hedge. For horizontal cuts, hold the blades parallel to the ground.

Maintenance

1. Blade Care
