Setup

1. Charging the Speaker

Before first use, fully charge the speaker. Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the speaker's charging port and the other end to a compatible USB power source (e.g., computer, wall adapter). The charging time is approximately 3 hours.

2. Powering On/Off

Press and hold the Power button (usually marked with a power icon or O/M) for a few seconds until the LED lights illuminate and an audible prompt indicates the speaker is on. Repeat to power off.

3. Bluetooth Pairing

1. Ensure the speaker is powered on and in pairing mode (LED indicator will typically flash).
2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
3. Select "C15" from the list of devices.
4. Once connected, the speaker will provide an audible confirmation, and the LED indicator will show a steady light.

4. True Wireless Stereo (TWS) Pairing (Optional)

To achieve an immersive stereo experience with two C15 speakers:

1. Ensure both C15 speakers are powered on and not connected to any other Bluetooth device.
2. On one speaker (this will be the primary speaker), press and hold the TWS pairing button (refer to speaker markings if available, otherwise try a long press on the play/pause button or a dedicated button).
3. The speakers will search for each other and automatically pair. An audible prompt will confirm successful TWS connection.
4. Connect your device to the primary speaker via Bluetooth as described in step 3. Audio will now play through both speakers in stereo.

Operating Instructions

Basic Controls

• Play/Pause: Short press the Power/Play/Pause button.
• Volume Up: Short press the '+' button.
• Volume Down: Short press the '-' button.
• Next Track: Long press the '+' button.
• Previous Track: Long press the '-' button.
• Answer/End Call: Short press the Power/Play/Pause button during an incoming call.
• Reject Call: Long press the Power/Play/Pause button during an incoming call.
• Activate Voice Assistant: Double-press the Power/Play/Pause button.

LED Light Modes

The speaker features multiple multi-color LED light modes:

• Short press the "Light Button" (usually located near the charging port or marked with a light icon) to cycle through different light modes.
• Press again to switch to the next mode.
• To turn off the lights, cycle through all modes until the lights are off.

Maintenance

Cleaning

To clean the speaker, use a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the speaker's finish or waterproof seals. For stubborn stains, gently rinse under running water and ensure the charging port cover is securely closed.

Storage

Store the speaker in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. If storing for an extended period, ensure the battery is partially charged (around 50%) to prolong its lifespan.

Waterproof Care

Always ensure the charging port cover is firmly sealed before exposing the speaker to water to maintain its IPX7 waterproof rating. After use in water, wipe the speaker dry and allow any residual water in the speaker grille to drain completely.

Troubleshooting

• Speaker won't turn on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect to a power source and try again.
• Unable to pair via Bluetooth:
  • Make sure the speaker is in pairing mode (flashing LED).
  • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
  • Move the speaker closer to your device.
  • Forget "C15" from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again.
  • Ensure no other devices are currently connected to the speaker.
• No sound or low volume:
  • Increase the volume on both the speaker and your connected device.
  • Ensure the speaker is properly connected via Bluetooth.
  • If used in water, ensure the speaker grille is clear of water.
• TWS pairing issues:
  • Ensure both speakers are fully charged and not connected to any other device.
  • Place speakers close to each other during pairing.
  • Power off both speakers and try the TWS pairing process again.
• LED lights not working:
  • Press the "Light Button" to cycle through modes or turn them on.
  • Ensure the speaker has sufficient battery charge.
