Safety Instructions

• Always assemble the pavilion on a flat, stable surface.
• Ensure all frame connections are securely locked before use.
• Use all provided guy ropes and pegs to anchor the pavilion firmly to the ground.
• Warning: This pavilion is designed for protection against sun and light rain. It offers no protection in case of strong winds, storms, heavy rain, or snow. In such weather conditions, the pavilion must be disassembled and stored indoors to prevent damage or injury.
• Do not use open flames or heating devices inside or near the pavilion.
• Keep children and pets away during assembly and disassembly.
• Regularly inspect the pavilion for any signs of wear or damage. Do not use if damaged.

Setup Instructions

Follow these steps for quick and easy assembly:

1. Unpack Components: Lay out all frame poles, connectors, the tarp, guy ropes, and pegs on a clear, flat area.
2. Assemble the Frame: Connect the steel frame components using the practical interlocking (click) system. Ensure each connection clicks securely into place. Refer to the diagram for the correct frame structure.

3. Attach the Tarp: Drape the waterproof PE tarp over the assembled frame. Secure the tarp to the frame using the integrated fastening hooks and Velcro fasteners. Ensure the tarp is taut and evenly distributed.

4. Anchor the Feet: Position the pavilion in your desired location. Use the anchorable feet to secure the base of each leg to the ground.

5. Attach Guy Ropes and Pegs: For maximum stability, attach the four guy ropes to the designated points on the pavilion and secure them to the ground using the eight pegs. Ensure the ropes are taut and evenly distributed to prevent swaying.

Operating Instructions

The TecTake Pavilion is designed for versatile use:

• Sun Protection: Provides ample shade for outdoor gatherings, protecting from harmful UV rays (UV Protection 30+).
• Light Rain Shelter: The waterproof PE tarp offers protection during light rain showers.
• Event Shelter: Ideal for garden parties, barbecues, camping trips, or market stalls.

Maintenance

Proper maintenance will extend the life of your pavilion:

• Cleaning: Clean the tarp and frame with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before storage.
• Storage: When not in use, especially during off-season or adverse weather, disassemble the pavilion and store all components in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight. Ensure the tarp is completely dry to prevent mold and mildew.
• Inspection: Periodically check all frame connections, ropes, and the tarp for any signs of wear, tears, or damage. Replace any damaged parts immediately.
