4. Setup

4.1. Charging the RC Car Battery

  1. Connect the USB charging cable to the Lithium-Ion battery.
  2. Plug the USB end of the cable into a standard USB power adapter (e.g., phone charger, computer USB port).
  3. The indicator light on the USB cable will show the charging status. Refer to the charger's instructions for specific light indications (usually red for charging, off or green for fully charged).
  4. Charging typically takes 2-3 hours. Do not overcharge the battery.

4.2. Installing the RC Car Battery

  1. Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the RC car.
  2. Open the battery compartment cover.
  3. Carefully insert the fully charged Lithium-Ion battery into the compartment, ensuring the connectors align.
  4. Connect the battery plug to the car's power socket.
  5. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

4.3. Installing Remote Control Batteries

  1. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the remote control.
  2. Open the battery compartment cover.
  3. Insert 2 AA batteries (not included) into the compartment, observing the correct polarity (+/-).
  4. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

4.4. Pairing the Remote Control

  1. Ensure the RC car's battery is installed and fully charged.
  2. Turn on the RC car using the power switch located on the chassis. The car's lights may flash.
  3. Turn on the remote control. The indicator light on the remote will flash.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the remote and car to automatically pair. The indicator lights on both the car and remote should become solid, indicating a successful connection.
  5. If pairing fails, turn off both devices and repeat the steps.
