6. Operating Instructions

6.1. Height Adjustment and Memory Presets

The Marsail Standing Desk features an electric lift system with a control panel for easy height adjustments and programmable memory settings.

• Adjusting Height: Use the Up and Down arrow buttons on the control panel to raise or lower the desk to your desired height. The current height will be displayed on the LED screen.
• Setting Memory Presets: The desk has 4 programmable height settings. To save a height:
  1. Adjust the desk to your preferred height using the Up/Down buttons.
  2. Press the M button (Memory) once. The LED screen will flash 'S'.
  3. Press one of the numbered preset buttons (1, 2, 3, or 4) within 3 seconds. The height is now saved to that preset.
• Recalling Memory Presets: Simply press the corresponding numbered preset button (1, 2, 3, or 4) to automatically move the desk to the saved height.

6.2. Keyboard Tray Usage

The desk includes an extra-large keyboard tray designed for ergonomic comfort and space-saving.

• Ergonomic Positioning: The keyboard tray allows you to position your keyboard and mouse closer to your lap height, promoting a 90-degree arm angle for reduced strain on hands and shoulders.
• Smooth Gliding: The tray features premium bearings for smooth extension and retraction.
• Space Saving: When not in use, the keyboard tray can be fully retracted under the desktop to maximize your workspace.

6.3. Anti-Collision System

The integrated smart anti-collision system automatically detects obstacles during height adjustments. If an object is encountered, the desk will stop and reverse slightly to prevent damage to the desk or the object.
