Setup

Before first use, unpack all components and wash the processing bowl, lid, and all attachments in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. The motor base should only be wiped with a damp cloth.

Assembly Steps:

  1. Place the motor base on a stable, flat, and dry surface.
  2. Carefully place the processing bowl onto the motor base, aligning the bowl handle with the safety lock mechanism on the base. Twist clockwise until it locks into place.
  3. Select the desired blade or attachment. For chopping, place the main chopping blade onto the spindle inside the bowl. For slicing/shredding/French fry, place the blade holder first, then the chosen disc blade on top.
  4. Add your ingredients to the bowl. Do not fill above the maximum fill line.
  5. Place the lid onto the processing bowl, aligning the lid tab with the safety lock on the bowl handle. Twist clockwise until it locks securely. The appliance will not operate if the bowl and lid are not correctly locked.
