3. Setup and Assembly

3.1 Unfolding the Wheelchair
- Place the folded wheelchair on a flat, stable surface.
- Grasp the push handles and gently pull them apart to begin unfolding the frame.
- Push down firmly on the seat rails until the seat is fully open and flat. Ensure the cross braces are fully extended and locked.

3.2 Attaching and Adjusting Footrests
- Align the footrest pins with the receiving tubes on the front frame of the wheelchair.
- Push the footrests firmly into place until they click securely.
- To adjust the footrest height, locate the adjustment pin on the footrest hanger. Press the pin and slide the footrest up or down to the desired height. Release the pin to lock it in place.
- To swing the footrests away, lift the lever on the side of the footrest hanger and pivot the footrest outwards. To remove, swing them out and lift upwards.
