4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge your SmartMeeting device. Connect the supplied USB-C cable to the charging port on the device and the other end to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port. The LED indicator will show charging status.

4.2 Powering On/Off

Press and hold the power button located on the top of the device for a few seconds to power on or off. An audible cue and LED indicator will confirm the status.

4.3 Bluetooth Pairing

1. Ensure the SmartMeeting device is powered on.
2. Activate Bluetooth on your computer or mobile device.
3. On the SmartMeeting device, press and hold the Bluetooth pairing button (usually indicated by a Bluetooth icon) until the LED indicator flashes, indicating pairing mode.
