Maintenance

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your LaView Bulb Security Camera.

Cleaning:

  • Gently wipe the camera lens and body with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.

Environmental Considerations:

  • While the camera is water-resistant, ensure it is installed in a location that provides adequate protection from direct heavy rain or extreme weather conditions, especially if used outdoors.
  • Avoid exposing the camera to extreme temperatures (hot or cold) outside its operating range.

Firmware Updates:

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your LaView Bulb Security Camera, refer to the following common solutions:

ProblemPossible Cause / Solution

Motion alerts are too frequent or not received.
  • Sensitivity Settings: Adjust the motion detection sensitivity in the LaView app (Low/Medium/High).
