Introduction
This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your KOMERY Digital Camera X9. Please read this manual carefully before using the camera to ensure proper functionality and to maximize your user experience.
Package Contents
Upon opening the package, please verify that all the following items are included:
- KOMERY Digital Camera X9 Body
- Accessories (e.g., USB cable, strap, battery)
Note: An adapter for charging is not included, as it is assumed users will have a compatible phone adapter. If yours uses a different adapter, please contact customer support.
Camera Overview
Familiarize yourself with the main components and controls of your KOMERY Digital Camera X9.

- Front Camera: Used for standard photography and video recording.
- Back Camera: Unique secondary camera for easy selfies and vlogging.
- TFT Display: 3-inch screen for viewing images, videos, and navigating menus.
- Power Key: Turns the camera on or off.
- Photo Key: Captures still images.
- Left/Camera Switch: Toggles between the front and back cameras.
- Filter Turntable: Selects various camera filters (Standard, Nostalgic, Monochrome, Vivid, Negative, Lomo, Binary, Doy Eye).
- Hot Shoe: For attaching external accessories like flashes.
- Right/DISP: Navigates menus and controls display information.
- Front/Delete: Deletes selected files or navigates forward.
- Back/WiFi: Navigates backward in menus and activates Wi-Fi function.
- Playback/MODE: Switches between playback mode and shooting modes.
- MENU/OK: Accesses the main menu and confirms selections.
Setup
1. Battery Installation and Charging
The camera uses a Lithium-Ion battery. Ensure the battery is correctly inserted for the camera to power on or charge.
- Locate the battery compartment on the bottom of the camera.
- Open the battery compartment cover.
- Insert the battery according to the polarity indicators inside the compartment. Ensure it clicks into place.
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.
- Connect the camera to a power source using the provided USB cable for charging. The power indicator will show charging status. A full charge provides approximately 150 minutes of continuous use.

2. Memory Card (SD Card)
The camera supports SD cards up to 32 GB. A 32 GB memory card is included and pre-installed. Ensure it is properly seated before use.
- Locate the SD card slot, usually near the battery compartment.
- If removing, gently press the card until it springs out.
- If re-inserting or installing a new card, push it gently into the slot until it clicks.
Operating Instructions
1. Powering On/Off
Press and hold the Power Key to turn the camera on or off.
2. Taking Photos
- Turn on the camera.
- Frame your shot using the TFT display.
- The camera features real autofocus. Simply wait approximately 2 seconds for the camera to automatically focus on your subject. There is no need to half-press the shutter button.
- Press the Photo Key fully to capture the image.

3. Recording Videos
- Turn on the camera.
- Switch to video recording mode (refer to the Playback/MODE button functions).
- Press the Photo Key (or dedicated record button if available) to start recording. Press again to stop.
- The built-in microphone will capture audio during video recording.

4. Switching Cameras (Front/Rear)
The KOMERY Digital Camera X9 features both a front and a rear camera. Use the Left/Camera Switch button to easily toggle between the two cameras, making selfie photos and vlogging more convenient.
5. Digital Zoom
The camera supports up to 18x digital zoom. Use the T/W (Telephoto/Wide) controls, typically located near the Photo Key, to adjust the zoom level.

6. Wi-Fi Functionality
The camera includes Wi-Fi functionality for easy transfer of photos and videos to your smartphone or other devices. Press the Back/WiFi button to activate Wi-Fi and follow the on-screen instructions to connect to your device.
7. Using as a Webcam / Live Streaming
Connect the KOMERY Digital Camera X9 to your computer via USB to use it as a webcam for video calls or live streaming. Select the camera as your video input device in your computer's settings or streaming software.

8. Other Features
- Flash Light: For taking photos in low-light conditions.
- Anti-shake: Helps reduce blur caused by camera movement.
- Face Detection: Automatically detects and focuses on faces in the frame.
- Burst Mode: Captures multiple photos in quick succession.
- Timer: Sets a delay before taking a photo.
- Camera Filters: Access various filters via the Filter Turntable for personalized images.
Maintenance
- Keep the camera clean by wiping it with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
- Clean the lens gently with a lens cleaning cloth and solution designed for optical lenses.
- Store the camera in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Remove the battery if the camera will not be used for an extended period.
