4. Maintenance
- Battery Cycle: To maintain optimal battery health and longevity, it is recommended to perform a full discharge-charge cycle approximately every 45 days. This helps calibrate the battery management system.
- Storage: When storing the DELTA Pro for extended periods, ensure it is charged to approximately 50-80% and stored in a cool, dry place. Recharge it to this level every 3-6 months.
- Cleaning: Use a dry, soft cloth to clean the exterior of the unit. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. Keep all ports and vents free from dust and debris.
- Temperature: Avoid operating or storing the unit in extreme temperatures. Refer to the specifications for recommended operating and storage temperature ranges.
5. Troubleshooting
- Unit Not Turning On: Ensure the power button is pressed and held for a few seconds. Check if the battery is completely depleted; if so, connect to a power source.
- Not Charging: Verify that the charging cable is securely connected to both the DELTA Pro and the power source. Check the power source itself (wall outlet, solar panel, etc.) for functionality. If using solar, ensure panels are in direct sunlight and properly connected.
- Output Not Working: Ensure the specific output port (AC, USB, DC) is enabled on the unit or via the EcoFlow app. Check the power draw of your device; if it exceeds the port's maximum output, the port may shut down.
- Reduced Capacity/Run Time: Battery performance can be affected by extreme temperatures or prolonged storage at very low/high charge levels. Perform a full discharge-charge cycle as part of maintenance. If issues persist, contact customer support.
- DC Port Issues (e.g., for refrigerators): Ensure the connected device's power requirements (voltage and current) are compatible with the DELTA Pro's DC output specifications. Some sensitive devices may require specific voltage stability that might be affected by high current draw.
- App Connectivity Issues: Ensure Wi-Fi or Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device and the DELTA Pro. Try restarting both the app and the power station.
