Important Safety Instructions

Setup and Assembly
Follow these steps to set up your HOWORK Electric Stand Mixer:
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure all parts listed in the "Product Overview" section are present.

- Placing the Mixer: Place the mixer on a clean, dry, and stable surface. Ensure the suction cups on the base firmly grip the countertop.
- Attaching the Mixing Bowl:
- Lift the mixer head by pushing the tilt-head release lever (located on the side of the mixer) and gently lifting the head until it locks into place.
- Place the 6.5QT stainless steel mixing bowl onto the base, aligning the bowl's tabs with the slots on the base. Twist the bowl clockwise until it locks securely into place.

- Installing Attachments (Dough Hook, Wire Whisk, Flat Beater):
- With the mixer head tilted up, align the chosen attachment (dough hook, wire whisk, or flat beater) with the attachment shaft.
- Push the attachment upwards onto the shaft and twist it slightly until it clicks into place. Ensure it is securely fastened.

- Attaching the Splash Guard: Once the attachment is in place, slide the splash guard onto the mixer head, ensuring it covers the bowl opening. The access hatch allows for adding ingredients during mixing.

- Lowering the Mixer Head: Gently push the mixer head down until it locks into place. You will hear a click.
Operating Instructions

Speed Control and Pulse Function
The mixer features a 10-speed control knob and a pulse (P) function for precise mixing.

- Speed Settings (1-10): Rotate the knob to select the desired speed. Lower speeds (1-3) are for gentle mixing, while higher speeds (8-10) are for whipping and aerating.
- Pulse (P) Function: For quick bursts of power, turn the knob to 'P' and hold. Release to stop. This is ideal for post-processing whipped cream or quickly incorporating ingredients.
- The blue LED light around the knob indicates the mixer is powered on.
