Setup
1. Charging the Headset
Before first use, fully charge your headset. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours.
- Connect the provided Type C charging cable to the charging port on the headset (refer to Figure 2).
- Connect the other end of the cable to a USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, wall adapter).
- The LED indicator will show charging status. It turns blue when fully charged.
The headset offers an exceptional 65-hour battery life, providing up to 8 hours of talk time daily for an entire week on a single charge.

2. Connecting to Devices
Your LEVN Wireless Headset supports two primary connection methods: Bluetooth and USB Dongle.
Bluetooth Connection (for devices with built-in Bluetooth)
- Ensure the headset is charged and powered off.
- Slide the Power ON/OFF switch to the "ON" position. The headset will enter pairing mode, indicated by a flashing LED light.
- On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth and search for new devices.
- Select "LEVN CT002" from the list of available devices.
- Once connected, the LED indicator on the headset will turn solid blue.
USB Dongle Connection (for computers without Bluetooth or for enhanced stability)
- Plug the USB Dongle into an available USB port on your computer.
- Ensure the headset is charged and powered off.
- Slide the Power ON/OFF switch to the "ON" position. The headset will automatically attempt to connect to the USB Dongle.
- The LED indicator on both the headset and the USB Dongle will turn solid blue once a connection is established.
- On your computer's sound settings, ensure "LEVN CT002" is selected as the input and output device.

The wireless range for the headset is approximately 49 feet (15 meters), providing freedom of movement.
Operating Instructions
Power On/Off
- To Power On: Slide the Power ON/OFF switch to the "ON" position.
- To Power Off: Slide the Power ON/OFF switch to the "OFF" position.
Call Control (MFB Button)
The Multi-Function Button (MFB) allows for easy call management (primarily for mobile phones):
- Answer Call: Press the MFB button once.
- Hang Up Call: Press the MFB button once during a call.
Mute Function
The dedicated Mute button allows you to quickly mute or unmute your microphone during a call, ensuring privacy.
- Mute Microphone: Press the Mute button once during a call.
- Unmute Microphone: Press the Mute button once again.
Volume Control
Adjust the listening volume using the Volume + and Volume - buttons (refer to Figure 2).
- Increase Volume: Press the Volume + button.
- Decrease Volume: Press the Volume - button.
Microphone Adjustment and AI Noise Cancellation
The microphone can be rotated 270° to be positioned on either your left or right side for optimal comfort and voice pickup. The headset incorporates Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC) technology.
- AI Noise Cancellation: This technology actively blocks up to 99% of background noise, such as traffic, children playing, or office chatter. It focuses on your voice, ensuring crystal-clear communication for the listener.
- Microphone Positioning: For best performance, position the microphone approximately 1-2 inches from your mouth.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the headset. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Storage: Store the headset in a cool, dry place away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
- Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the headset frequently. Charge it regularly, even if not in use for extended periods.
- Water Resistance: This headset is not water resistant. Avoid exposure to liquids.
Troubleshooting
No Sound or Poor Sound Quality
- Ensure the headset is powered on and properly connected (Bluetooth or USB Dongle).
- Check the volume levels on both the headset and your connected device.
- If using the USB Dongle, verify that "LEVN CT002" is selected as the audio output device in your computer's sound settings.
- Move closer to your connected device to ensure you are within the 49 ft wireless range.
- Try disconnecting and re-connecting the headset.
Microphone Not Working
- Ensure the microphone is not muted (check the Mute button).
- Verify that "LEVN CT002" is selected as the input (microphone) device in your computer's sound settings or your communication application.
- Check the microphone's physical position; ensure it is properly extended and positioned near your mouth.
- Restart the headset and your connected device.
Headset Not Pairing/Connecting
- Ensure the headset is in pairing mode (flashing LED).
- Turn off Bluetooth on other nearby devices that might be trying to connect.
- If using the USB Dongle, ensure it is securely plugged in and the headset is powered on.
- Try resetting the headset (if a reset procedure is available, otherwise power cycle).
Short Battery Life
- Ensure the headset is fully charged before use (LED turns blue).
- Check the charging cable and power source for proper function.
- Battery performance can degrade over time with extensive use.
