Setup

Your watch has four buttons: SET (top left), MODE (bottom left), ADJ (top right), and EL (bottom right, for backlight).

Setting Time and Date

1. In normal time display mode, press and hold the SET button until the seconds begin to flash. This indicates you are in setting mode.
2. Press the MODE button to cycle through the settings: Seconds → Hours → Minutes → Year → Month → Day.
3. Use the ADJ button to increase the flashing value. Hold ADJ to advance rapidly.
4. Once all settings are correct, press the SET button to exit setting mode.

Alarm Setting

Operating Functions

Chronograph (Stopwatch)

1. From normal time display, press the MODE button twice to enter Chronograph mode. The display will show '0:00:00'.
2. Press the ADJ button to start the chronograph.
3. Press the ADJ button again to stop the chronograph.
4. Press the SET button to reset the chronograph to '0:00:00'.
5. To record split times, press SET while the chronograph is running. Press SET again to return to running time.

Countdown Timer

3. Press the MODE button to switch between setting hours, minutes, and seconds.

Dual Time

1. From normal time display, press the MODE button four times to enter Dual Time mode.
2. Press and hold the SET button until the hours begin to flash.
3. Press the MODE button to switch between setting hours and minutes.
4. Use the ADJ button to adjust the flashing value for the second time zone.
5. Press the SET button to confirm and exit dual time setting mode.

Backlight

Press the EL button (bottom right) to illuminate the display for approximately three seconds.

Military Time (12/24 Hour Format)

In normal time display mode, press the ADJ button to toggle between 12-hour and 24-hour (military) time formats. An 'AM' or 'PM' indicator will be present in 12-hour format.
