Setup
1. Charging the Headset
- Connect the USB charging cable to the charging port on the headset.
- Plug the other end of the USB cable into a compatible USB power source (e.g., computer, wall adapter).
- The indicator light will typically show red during charging and turn blue or off when fully charged.
- A full charge takes approximately 1.5 hours.
2. Pairing with a Device
- Ensure the headset is fully charged and turned off.
- Press and hold the Multi-function button (usually the main button) for approximately 5-7 seconds until the indicator light flashes red and blue alternately, indicating pairing mode.
- On your smartphone or Bluetooth-enabled device, go to the Bluetooth settings and enable Bluetooth.
- Search for available devices. The headset should appear as "FineBlue F520" or similar.
- Select the headset from the list to connect. If prompted for a password, enter "0000".
- Once successfully paired, the indicator light will typically flash blue slowly or turn off, and you may hear a confirmation tone.
Operating Instructions
Power On/Off
- Power On: Press and hold the Multi-function button for about 3 seconds until the blue indicator light flashes.
- Power Off: Press and hold the Multi-function button for about 5 seconds until the red indicator light flashes.
Answering/Ending Calls
- Answer Call: When an incoming call is received, the headset will vibrate and announce the incoming phone number. Press the Multi-function button once to answer.
- End Call: During a call, press the Multi-function button once to end the call.
- Reject Call: Press and hold the Multi-function button for about 2 seconds to reject an incoming call.
Music Playback
- Play/Pause: Press the Multi-function button once to play or pause music.
- Next Track: Press the 'Volume Up' button (usually the top arrow button) for 2 seconds.
- Previous Track: Press the 'Volume Down' button (usually the bottom arrow button) for 2 seconds.
- Volume Adjustment: Press the 'Volume Up' or 'Volume Down' buttons briefly to adjust the volume.
Multi-point Connection
The FineBlue F520 supports connecting to two Bluetooth devices simultaneously.
- Pair the headset with the first device as described in the 'Pairing' section and then turn off the headset's Bluetooth.
- Pair the headset with the second device.
- Turn on the Bluetooth on the first device. The headset should automatically connect to both devices.
Voice Language
The headset's voice prompts are defaulted to English. It also supports Chinese. To switch languages, typically double-press the Multi-function button while in pairing mode or when not connected to a device.
Maintenance
