4. Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your GOLOZA Projection Alarm Clock, follow these simple maintenance guidelines:
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the surface of the clock. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, solvents, or chemical sprays, as they may damage the finish or internal components.
- Placement: Place the clock on a stable, flat surface away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, or moisture. Ensure proper ventilation around the device.
- Handling: Handle the clock with care. Avoid dropping it or subjecting it to strong impacts, which could damage the internal circuitry or the projection lens.
5. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your GOLOZA Projection Alarm Clock, please refer to the following common troubleshooting tips:
- Clock Not Turning On: Ensure the AC adapter is securely plugged into both the clock and a working wall outlet. Check if the outlet is receiving power.
- Display is Blank: Confirm the clock is powered. If the main power is off, the display will be blank even with the backup battery, as the battery only retains settings, not powers the display.
- Projection is Unclear/Upside Down: Adjust the projection arm to optimize focus and position. Long press the Projection button to flip the numbers if they appear upside down. Ensure the projection distance is within 1.64-11.4ft (0.5-3m).
- Alarm Not Sounding: Verify that the alarm is set and activated (bell icon is displayed). Check the alarm volume setting.
- USB Charging Not Working: Ensure the clock is properly powered. Check the USB cable and the device you are trying to charge.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, please contact customer support as detailed in the Warranty & Support section.
