Setup

Initial Power-Up and Charging

  1. Unpack the timer socket from its packaging.
  2. Plug the timer socket into a standard wall outlet. The internal rechargeable battery will begin charging. For optimal performance, allow it to charge for at least 30 minutes before initial programming.
  3. The LCD display will illuminate. If the display is dim or blank, ensure it is plugged in and charging.

Setting Current Time and Day

  1. Press the CLOCK button.
  2. Press the WEEK button to select the current day of the week (MO, TU, WE, TH, FR, SA, SU).
  3. Press the HOUR button to set the current hour (12-hour or 24-hour format).
  4. Press the MIN button to set the current minute.
  5. To switch between 12-hour and 24-hour format, press the CLOCK and TIMER buttons simultaneously.
  6. To activate or deactivate Daylight Saving Time (DST), press the CLOCK and ON/AUTO/OFF buttons simultaneously. The display will show "SUMMER" when DST is active.

Operating Modes

1. Program Mode (Daily ON/OFF)

This mode allows you to set up to 20 different ON/OFF programs for your appliances throughout the day or week. Each program can be set for specific days or combinations of days.

  1. Press the TIMER button to enter program setting mode. The display will show "1 ON".
  2. Press WEEK to select the desired day(s) for this program. Options include individual days, weekdays, weekends, or all days.
  3. Press HOUR and MIN to set the ON time.
  4. Press TIMER again. The display will show "1 OFF".
  5. Set the OFF time using WEEK, HOUR, and MIN.
  6. Repeat steps 1-5 for up to 20 ON/OFF programs.
  7. After setting all programs, press the CLOCK button to exit program setting mode.
  8. Ensure the timer is in AUTO mode for programs to execute. Press ON/AUTO/OFF repeatedly to cycle through ON, AUTO, and OFF modes.

2. Countdown Mode

The countdown mode allows you to set a specific duration after which the connected appliance will turn ON or OFF.

  1. Press the CD (Countdown) button.
  2. Use HOUR and MIN to set the desired countdown duration.
  3. Press ON/AUTO/OFF to select whether the appliance should turn ON or OFF after the countdown.
  4. Press CD again to start the countdown. The display will show "COUNTDOWN".

3. Cycle Mode (Loop Countdown)

Ideal for applications requiring repetitive ON/OFF cycles, such as aquarium pumps or ventilation systems.

  1. First, set an ON duration using the countdown function (e.g., 1 hour).
  2. Then, set an OFF duration using the countdown function (e.g., 4 hours).
  3. The timer will automatically cycle between these ON and OFF periods.
  4. To activate, ensure the timer is in AUTO mode and the cycle program is enabled.

4. Random Mode (Anti-theft)

This mode randomly switches connected lights or appliances ON and OFF within a set period, creating the impression that someone is home, deterring potential intruders.

  1. Press the RANDOM (RCL) button to activate or deactivate Random Mode.
  2. When active, the display will show "RANDOM".
  3. The timer will randomly turn the appliance ON and OFF for varying durations, typically between 10-30 minutes, during the programmed period.

5. Child Lock

To prevent accidental changes to settings, the timer socket includes a child lock feature.

  • To activate the child lock, press and hold the CLOCK button for 3 seconds. A lock icon will appear on the display.
  • To deactivate, press and hold the CLOCK button for 3 seconds again. The lock icon will disappear.

Maintenance

Cleaning

  • Disconnect the timer socket from the power outlet before cleaning.
  • Wipe the exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or immerse the device in water.

Battery

Troubleshooting

  • Appliance does not turn ON/OFF manually:

    Press the ON/AUTO/OFF button to cycle through ON, AUTO, and OFF modes. In ON mode, the appliance should be continuously powered. In OFF mode, it should be continuously off.

  • Settings are lost after unplugging:

    The internal rechargeable battery may be low. Plug the timer into an outlet for several hours to fully charge the battery. This battery retains settings during short power interruptions.

  • Child Lock is active and buttons are unresponsive:
