Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Solution |
|---|---|
| No power | Check if the power cable is securely connected. Verify the voltage selector switch on the rear panel is set correctly for your region. Try a different power outlet. |
| No sound from headphones | Ensure headphones are properly plugged in. Check the "OUTPUT" selector is set to HP. Adjust the volume knob. Verify the correct input source is selected. Test with different headphones. |
| No sound from line outputs | Ensure the "OUTPUT" selector is set to LO or PO. Check connections to your amplifier/active speakers. Verify the correct input source is selected. |
| Bluetooth connection issues | Ensure Bluetooth input is selected on the K9. Put your device in pairing mode. Clear previous Bluetooth pairings on both devices and try again. Ensure devices are within the 10-meter range. |
| Distorted or low-quality sound | Check cable connections for looseness or damage. Ensure the gain setting is appropriate for your headphones (too high can cause distortion, too low can lack dynamics). Verify the source audio quality. |
