3.2 Selecting and Attaching Ear Tips

Choose the ear tip size that provides the most comfortable and secure fit in your ear canal. The correct tip ensures optimal sound quality and prevents feedback. Gently push the selected ear tip onto the sound outlet of the hearing aid until it is firmly attached.

3.3 Inserting Hearing Aids

Carefully insert the hearing aid into your ear canal. The CIC (completely-in-canal) design allows for a discreet fit. Ensure it sits snugly and comfortably. The devices are designed to automatically turn on when removed from the charging case.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Power On/Off

The hearing aids automatically power on when removed from the charging case and power off when placed back into the case.

4.2 Volume Adjustment

Each hearing aid features a small, rotatable dial for volume control. Use your finger to gently spin this dial to increase or decrease the sound volume to suit your listening environment. There are no complicated modes or buttons.

4.3 Noise Cancellation

The advanced noise cancelling system helps reduce background noise, allowing you to focus on important sounds. This feature operates automatically to provide a clearer listening experience.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning the Hearing Aids

Regular cleaning is essential for optimal performance. Use the provided cleaning brush to gently remove any earwax or debris from the ear tips and the sound outlet. Do not use water or cleaning solutions directly on the hearing aids.

5.2 Storage

When not in use, store the hearing aids in their magnetic charging case. This protects them from damage and ensures they are charged and ready for your next use. The magnetic design prevents the small devices from getting lost.

6. Troubleshooting

  • No Sound: Ensure the hearing aids are fully charged and properly inserted. Check if the volume is turned up.
  • Low Volume/Distorted Sound: Clean the ear tips and sound outlet to remove any blockages. Try a different size ear tip for a better seal.
  • Feedback (Whistling Sound): This usually indicates an improper fit. Try a larger ear tip or re-insert the hearing aid to ensure a snug seal in the ear canal.
  • Charging Issues: Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source. Check the LED display on the case for charging indicators.
  • Discomfort: Experiment with different ear tip sizes to find the most comfortable fit. If discomfort persists, discontinue use and consult a professional.
