Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your machine, refer to the table below for common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No coffee flow or very slow flow. | Water tank empty, air in the system, or machine needs descaling. | Fill the water tank. Run a Lungo cycle without a capsule to prime the pump. Perform descaling if the alert is active. |
| Coffee is not hot enough. | Cups are cold. | Pre-heat cups with hot water (using the hot water function) or by running a Lungo cycle without a capsule into the cup. |
| Water leaking from the machine. | Water tank not correctly positioned, or drip tray is full. | Ensure the water tank is firmly in place. Empty and correctly reposition the drip tray. |
| Used capsule not ejecting. | Brewing lever not fully lifted. | Lift the brewing lever completely until the capsule drops into the used capsule container. |
| Machine does not turn on. | No power supply. | Check the power cord connection to both the machine and the wall outlet. Ensure the outlet is functional. |
