3. Setup and Installation
3.1. Unpacking and Initial Inspection
Carefully remove the PC case from its packaging. Inspect the case for any signs of damage during transit. Retain all packaging materials for future transport or warranty claims.
3.2. Removing Side Panels
The MSI MAG Forge 112R features a tool-less tempered glass side panel for easy access to the interior. Unscrew the four thumb screws located at each corner of the tempered glass panel. Gently pull the panel away from the chassis and set it aside on a soft, flat surface to prevent scratches.

3.3. Front Panel Access
To access the front fans or install a front radiator, gently pull the bottom of the front mesh panel outwards until it detaches from the chassis. This provides full access to the front fan mounts.
3.4. Motherboard Installation
The case supports ATX, M-ATX, and ITX motherboards. Install the necessary standoffs for your motherboard size. Carefully align your motherboard with the standoffs and secure it with screws.

3.5. Drive Installation
The case includes drive bays for 3.5-inch HDDs and 2.5-inch SSDs. Locate the drive cages in the bottom shroud. Secure your drives into the appropriate trays and slide them back into the cages.
3.6. Cable Management
Utilize the cable routing cutouts and tie-down points behind the motherboard tray to manage cables effectively. This improves airflow and maintains a clean aesthetic.
3.7. Fan and Radiator Support
The case supports various fan and radiator configurations. The front panel supports up to three 120mm or two 140mm fans, or a 240mm radiator. The top supports two 120mm or two 140mm fans. The rear supports one 120mm fan.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1. Powering On
After all components are securely installed and cables connected, press the power button located on the top I/O panel to power on your system.
4.2. ARGB Lighting Control
The pre-installed ARGB fans can be controlled via the 'Insta-Light Loop Button' on the top I/O panel. Press this button to cycle through various lighting effects and colors. Alternatively, connect the ARGB hub to a compatible motherboard for software control (e.g., MSI Mystic Light).

4.3. Front I/O Ports
The top I/O panel includes 2x USB 3.0 ports, audio in/out jacks, and the power/reset buttons for convenient connectivity.

5.1. Dust Filter Cleaning
The top panel features a magnetic dust filter. Regularly remove and clean this filter to prevent dust buildup and maintain optimal airflow. Simply lift the magnetic filter, clean it with water or a soft brush, and reattach it.

5.2. Internal Cleaning
Periodically open the side panels and use compressed air to remove dust from internal components, especially fans, heatsinks, and radiator fins. Ensure the system is powered off and unplugged before performing any internal cleaning.

- System not powering on: Ensure all power cables (motherboard, CPU, GPU, PSU) are securely connected. Check the power supply unit (PSU) switch.
- Fans not spinning/ARGB not working: Verify that all fan and ARGB cables are correctly connected to the motherboard or ARGB hub. Check motherboard software settings for ARGB control.
- Overheating: Ensure all case fans are properly installed and spinning. Clean dust filters and internal components. Verify proper installation of CPU cooler and thermal paste.
