1. Product Overview
The SPC iCreation C20 is a user-friendly flip mobile phone designed for simplicity and ease of use. 2. Setup Guide
2.1 Package Contents
Before you begin, please verify that all items are present in the package:
- SPC iCreation C20 Mobile Phone
- Power Adapter
- Battery
- User Manual (this document)
2.2 Inserting the SIM Card(s) and Battery
The iCreation C20 supports two MiniSIM cards and an optional microSD card for expandable storage.
- Ensure the phone is powered off.
- Carefully remove the back cover of the phone.
- Insert the MiniSIM card(s) into the designated SIM slots. Ensure the gold contacts face downwards and the notched corner aligns correctly.
- If desired, insert a microSD card (up to 32GB) into the memory card slot.
- Insert the battery into its compartment, aligning the gold contacts with the phone's terminals.
- Replace the back cover until it clicks securely into place.

2.3 Charging the Battery
Before first use, fully charge the phone's battery.
- Connect the USB-C end of the charging cable to the phone's USB-C port.
- Connect the other end of the charging cable to the power adapter.
- Plug the power adapter into a wall outlet.
- The battery indicator on the screen will show charging progress. Once fully charged, disconnect the charger.
3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Power On/Off
- To Power On: Press and hold the Power/End Call button (red button) until the screen lights up.
- To Power Off: Press and hold the Power/End Call button until the power-off options appear, then select "Power off".
3.2 Making and Receiving Calls
- Making a Call:
- Enter the phone number using the keypad.
- Press the Call button (green button) to dial.
- Receiving a Call:
- When the phone rings, press the Call button (green button) to answer.
- To end a call, press the Power/End Call button (red button).
- Direct Memory Keys (M1, M2): Press and hold M1 or M2 to quickly dial the pre-assigned contact. These can be configured in the phone's settings.
3.3 Navigating the Menu
Use the navigation keys (up, down, left, right) and the central OK button to navigate through the phone's menu. The screen displays "Menú" (Menu) and "Agenda" (Contacts) for quick access.

3.4 Other Features
- Flashlight: Activate the flashlight through the phone's menu or a dedicated shortcut if available.
- Camera: The phone includes a rear camera for basic photo capture. Access it via the menu.
- FM Radio: Tune into FM radio stations. Headphones may be required as an antenna.
- Bluetooth: Connect to Bluetooth headsets or other devices for hands-free communication.
- Language Settings: The phone supports multiple languages including Spanish, French, Italian, German, and English. Change the language in the phone's settings menu.
4. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the phone's surface. Avoid liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
- Battery Care:
- Avoid extreme temperatures, which can reduce battery life.
- Do not leave the phone charging for excessively long periods after it's full.
- If the phone will not be used for an extended period, charge it to about 50% before storing.
- Storage: Store the phone in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
- Software Updates: While this phone operates on Nucleus OS and may not receive frequent updates, ensure you are using the latest available firmware if prompted.
