Setup

Adjusting the Strap

Operating Instructions

Your Fastrack watch is equipped with a quartz analog movement and features a day and date display.

Setting the Time

1. Pull the crown (the small knob on the side of the watch) out to the second click position.
2. Turn the crown to move the hands clockwise until the desired time is displayed. Ensure to set the correct AM/PM by observing the date change. If the date changes when setting the time past 12, it indicates midnight.
3. Push the crown back into its normal position to start the watch.

Setting the Day and Date

1. Pull the crown out to the first click position.
2. Turn the crown clockwise or counter-clockwise (depending on the specific movement) to adjust the date.
3. Turn the crown in the opposite direction to adjust the day.
4. Once the correct day and date are set, push the crown back into its normal position.
