4. Setup and Assembly

Your BURCHDA R7PRO electric bicycle arrives 95% pre-assembled. Follow these steps to complete the assembly and prepare for your first ride.

1. Unfold the Bicycle: Carefully unfold the main frame, handlebar stem, and pedals. Ensure all folding mechanisms click securely into place.
2. Install Handlebars: Insert the handlebar stem into the head tube and tighten the quick-release lever or bolts securely. Adjust the handlebar height to your comfort.
3. Install Pedals: Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals. The left pedal screws counter-clockwise, and the right pedal screws clockwise. Tighten them firmly with a wrench.
