2. Safety Information

4. Setup and Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps to assemble your ergonomic office chair:

1. Attach Casters to Base: Insert each of the five caster wheels into the holes at the end of each leg of the 5-star base. Push firmly until they click into place.
2. Insert Gas Lift: Place the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the assembled base.
3. Attach Mechanism Plate to Seat: Align the mechanism plate with the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the seat cushion. Ensure the front of the mechanism faces the front of the seat. Secure with screws provided in the hardware pack.
4. Attach Armrests to Seat: Attach the armrests to the sides of the seat cushion using the designated screws. Ensure they are oriented correctly (left and right).
5. Attach Backrest to Seat: Connect the backrest assembly to the seat assembly. Secure with screws.
6. Attach Headrest: Insert the headrest into the designated slots at the top of the backrest. Adjust to your preferred height.
7. Connect Seat to Gas Lift: Carefully place the assembled seat and backrest onto the gas lift cylinder, ensuring the center hole of the mechanism plate aligns with the top of the gas lift. Press down firmly.
8. Final Check: Verify that all screws are tightened and the chair is stable before use.

5. Operating Instructions (Adjustments)

Your LITFAD Ergonomic Office Chair offers several adjustment features to customize your seating experience:

• Seat Height Adjustment: Locate the lever on the right side beneath the seat. Pull the lever up to raise the seat (when no weight is applied) or lower the seat (while seated). Release the lever to lock the height. The seat height can be adjusted between 17 inches (43 cm) and 21 inches (53 cm).
• Backrest Recline and Tilt Lock: Use the lever on the left side beneath the seat to adjust the backrest recline. Pull the lever out to allow the backrest to recline. Push the lever in to lock the backrest in an upright position. The chair supports a maximum recline of 125 degrees.
• Adjustable Lumbar Support: The chair features adjustable lumbar support. Gently push or pull the lumbar support pad on the backrest to find your preferred position for lower back comfort.
• Adjustable Headrest: The headrest can be adjusted vertically to align with your neck and head for optimal support. Gently slide the headrest up or down to your desired height.
• Rotatable Armrests: The armrests can be rotated 90 degrees upwards, allowing you to push the chair closer to your desk or for easier entry/exit.
