4. Setup Guide
4.1 Charging the Boat Battery
- Connect the USB charging cable to the boat battery.
- Plug the USB end of the cable into a standard USB power adapter (e.g., phone charger, computer USB port).
- The indicator light on the USB cable will show charging status (e.g., red for charging, green for fully charged).
- Charging typically takes 2-3 hours. Do not overcharge.
4.2 Installing Boat Battery
- Carefully open the double-hatch cover on the top of the boat.
- Connect the charged battery to the boat's power connector.
- Place the battery securely within the battery compartment.
- Ensure the double-hatch cover is securely closed and sealed to prevent water ingress.

4.3 Installing Remote Controller Batteries
- Open the battery compartment on the back of the remote controller.
- Insert 3 x AA batteries (not included) into the compartment, observing correct polarity (+/-).
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.

4.4 Pairing the Boat and Remote
- Place the boat in water. The boat's propeller will not activate out of water for safety.
- Turn on the remote controller.
- The remote and boat will automatically pair. A successful pairing is usually indicated by a solid light on the boat and/or remote.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Basic Controls
- Throttle Lever: Push forward to accelerate, pull back to reverse.
- Steering Wheel: Turn left to steer left, turn right to steer right.
- Trim Buttons: Use the trim buttons on the remote to fine-tune the boat's straight-line tracking if it veers left or right.
5.2 Capsize Recovery
If the boat capsizes, use the capsize recovery function on the remote control (refer to Figure 4.2 for button location). This will activate the boat's self-righting mechanism, flipping it back upright.
5.3 Low Battery Reminder
When the boat's battery is low, the remote controller will emit a beeping sound, and the boat's LED lights may flash. This indicates it's time to bring the boat back to shore to avoid losing control or having it stop in the water.
5.4 Safety Guidelines
- Always operate the boat in open water, away from swimmers, animals, and obstacles.
- Do not operate in saltwater, as it can damage internal components.
- Avoid operating in strong currents or high winds.
- Never touch the propeller when the boat is powered on or in water.
- Supervise children during operation. Recommended age is 14 years and up.
- Remove batteries from the boat and remote when not in use.
6. Maintenance
6.1 After Each Use
- Remove the boat battery.
- Open the hatch and thoroughly dry the interior of the boat with a soft cloth.
- Wipe down the exterior of the boat and the remote controller.
- Inspect the propeller and rudder for any debris or damage.
6.2 Battery Care
