3. Assembly Instructions
Follow these steps for proper assembly. An installation video is provided for visual guidance.

3.1 Rear Axle and Motor Assembly
- Carefully remove the ATV main body from the packaging.
- Locate the rear axle assembly with attached motors.
- Align the rear axle assembly with the designated slots on the underside of the ATV body.
- Secure the assembly using the provided bolts and nuts. Ensure all connections are tight.
3.2 Wheel Installation
- For each wheel, slide a washer onto the axle, then the wheel, followed by another washer and a nut.
- Tighten the nuts securely using the provided wrench.
- Attach the decorative hubcaps by pressing them firmly into place until they click.
3.3 Handlebar Attachment
- Insert the handlebar stem into the steering column opening on the front of the ATV.
- Align the holes and insert the long bolt through the handlebar stem and steering column.
- Secure with a washer and nut, tightening firmly.
3.4 Seat and Battery Connection
- Lift the seat to access the battery compartment.
- Connect the battery terminals (red to red, black to black) ensuring a secure fit.
- Place the seat back onto the ATV body and secure it with the screws.
3.5 Front Bumper and Rear Rack
- Attach the front bumper to the designated mounting points on the front of the ATV using the provided screws.
- Secure the rear rack to the back of the ATV, ensuring it is firmly attached with screws.
4. Battery Charging
The ATV is powered by two 12V batteries (24V system). Ensure the battery is fully charged before first use.
- Locate the charging port, typically at the rear of the ATV.
- Plug the charger into the charging port, then into a standard wall outlet.
- The charging indicator light on the charger will show the charging status.
- Charge for 8-12 hours for the first charge. Subsequent charges should also be within this range. Do not overcharge (exceed 12 hours) to prevent battery damage.
5. Operating Instructions
Familiarize yourself with the controls before allowing a child to operate the ATV.
5.1 Power On/Off
- Insert the key into the ignition and turn it to the ON position to power on the ATV.
- Turn the key to the OFF position to power off.
5.2 Driving
- Press the foot pedal to accelerate. Release the pedal to brake.
- Use the handlebar to steer left or right.
- The ATV features 2 speeds (2.1 - 4.5 mph). Select the desired speed using the speed switch on the dashboard.
5.3 Music Function
- The ATV has a built-in music player.
- Connect your device wirelessly via Bluetooth to play favorite tunes.
