- USB Devices Not Recognized:
- Reconnect the USB device to the hub.
- Try a different USB port on the hub.
- Ensure the hub is properly connected to your host device.
- If it's a high-power USB device (e.g., external hard drive), ensure the hub is connected to a power source via the PD port.
- Slow Charging via PD Port:
- Verify that your USB-C power adapter is capable of delivering the required wattage for your device.
- Some devices may charge slower through a hub compared to direct connection.
- Ethernet Connection Issues:
- Check the Ethernet cable connection.
- Ensure your router/modem is functioning correctly.
- Verify network settings on your device.
- Overheating:
- It is normal for the hub to become warm during extended use, especially when multiple ports are active or when charging.
- If it becomes excessively hot, disconnect it and allow it to cool down. Ensure proper ventilation around the hub.
