Setup and Plate Installation

- Ensure the appliance is unplugged and cool before handling plates.
- To remove plates: Locate the release buttons on the side of the unit (Image 4). Press the buttons and gently lift the plates out.
- To install plates: Align the tabs on the plates with the slots in the main unit. Gently press down until the plates click securely into place. Ensure both top and bottom plates are correctly installed for the desired function.

Operating Instructions
- Preheating: Plug the appliance into a 110-120V power outlet. The red indicator light will illuminate, signaling that the unit is powered on. Allow the appliance to preheat until the green indicator light illuminates, indicating it is ready for cooking.
- Temperature Control: Use the dial on the front of the unit to select a temperature setting from 0 (off) to 5 (highest). Adjust according to your recipe and desired browning.
- Cooking:

Cleaning and Maintenance
