Operating Instructions

Follow these steps for safe and efficient use of your cordless immersion hand blender.

  1. Charging: Ensure the motor assembly is sufficiently charged before use. A fully charged unit provides optimal performance.
  2. Safety Lock: The blender features a safety lock mechanism. To activate the blender, first press and hold the unlock button (often indicated by a padlock icon) located on the handle. While holding the unlock button, press the power button to begin operation. Release the power button to stop.
  3. Speed Control: The motor assembly features a variable speed dial. Rotate the dial to adjust the blending speed according to your needs. Start with lower speeds for delicate tasks and increase for tougher ingredients.
  4. Immersion Blending: For best results, immerse the blending shaft into the ingredients before starting the motor. Use an up-and-down motion to ensure thorough blending. Do not operate the blender continuously for more than 1 minute to prevent overheating. Allow it to cool down for several minutes between uses.
  5. Whisking/Beating: Use the whisk or double beater attachment for whipping cream, beating eggs, or mixing batters. Ensure the attachment is fully immersed in the ingredients before starting.
