• Fruit Leather Production: The smooth surface of these trays is ideal for spreading pureed fruits to create homemade fruit leathers.
• Drip Collection: When dehydrating items that may release liquids, such as jerky, these trays can be placed beneath the stainless steel mesh trays to catch drips, keeping your dehydrator clean.

3. Setup

3. For drip collection: Place a replacement tray directly onto a standard dehydrator mesh tray, beneath the food items that may drip.
