Components

Setup

  1. Unpack and Clean: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Wash the grill plate, griddle plate, drip tray, and lid with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the main unit with a damp cloth.
  2. Assemble Drip Tray: Slide the drip tray into the base unit. Ensure it is properly seated.
  3. Add Water to Drip Tray: Pour approximately 2 cups of water into the drip tray. This is crucial for the smokeless function. Do not overfill.
  4. Place Heat Reflector: Position the silver heat reflector over the heating element.
  5. Install Cooking Plate: Choose either the grill plate or the griddle plate and place it securely on top of the heating element and heat reflector.
  6. Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a standard 120V AC outlet.

Operating Instructions

  1. Power On: Press the Power Button on the LED Smart Display to turn on the grill.
  2. Set Temperature: Use the Up and Down arrow buttons to adjust the desired cooking temperature, ranging from 200°F to 450°F. Allow the grill to preheat for 5-10 minutes until it reaches the set temperature.
  3. Activate Fan: Press the Fan Button to activate the turbo smoke extraction fan. This helps to minimize smoke during cooking.
  4. Begin Cooking: Once preheated, place your food directly onto the grill or griddle plate. For best results and to retain heat, you may use the tempered glass lid during cooking.
  5. Monitor Cooking: The transparent lid allows you to monitor your food without lifting it, helping to maintain consistent cooking temperatures.
  6. Power Off: After cooking, press the Power Button to turn off the grill. Allow the fan to run for a few minutes after turning off the heat to help clear any remaining smoke and cool down the unit.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your grill. Always allow the grill to cool completely before cleaning.

  1. Unplug: Disconnect the power cord from the outlet.
  2. Disassemble: Carefully remove the cooking plate (grill or griddle), heat reflector, and drip tray. The control panel unit can also be detached for easier cleaning of the base.
  3. Wash Components: The cooking plates, drip tray, and lid are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, wash them by hand with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge.
  4. Clean Base Unit: Wipe the exterior of the main unit and the heating element with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
  5. Dry Thoroughly: Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing.
