Operating Instructions

The ASPECTEK Sticky Dome Flea Trap operates by attracting fleas and other insects using a combination of factors:

  • Light Attraction: The warm light emitted by the bulb mimics a heat source, drawing insects towards the trap.
  • Heat Emission: The heat generated by the bulb further enhances the attraction, as fleas are drawn to warmth.
  • Sweet Odor: The sticky disc may contain a subtle sweet odor to further lure pests.

Once attracted, insects jump or crawl onto the super grabber sticky disc and become permanently trapped.

Placement Recommendations

  • Place the trap in areas where flea activity is observed, such as near pet bedding, carpets, or furniture.
  • The trap is effective up to 50 feet in all directions. For larger areas or multiple problem spots, use multiple traps.
  • Ensure the trap is placed on a flat, stable surface.
  • For optimal results, operate the trap continuously, especially during peak flea seasons.
